So it’s been officially two weeks here so far in lovely Candyland – aka Barcelona.
Nothing but good times so far.
Ive been super blessed and have been taken in by some ripping locals whove been showing me nothing but love. Been skating some rad, random stuff, and been going to some epic nightlife events.
Hopefully I’ll be able to post some photos and footage soon.
I wish I could bring all the homies out to join me in paradise! Come out soon and visit, y’heard?
On a side note – I just finished up the website for the Shine On 90 Tour from over the summer. It’s got the entire video ready for download, and all the photos plus extras that didnt make into the Focus mag article.

Sup haters…update from Damon…I’m back on the board and my first day back in action I get a ticket for skating this awful spot with some dudes from upstate…Awesome…But you cant be scared of Mr. Police man. Also I’ll be shredding the park this weekend…Probs Friday night or Sat afternoon. Oct was a crazy month here in NYC. Static 3 and the Nike vids two days apart…Both very good and make sure you BUY STATIC3…And there was a creature party with some metal bands the next weekend. Lots of fun in the fading sun.
Coming up on Sunday November 18th from 10am – 12noon were having our first design-a-deck contest.
Here’s how it works:
The contest is limited to 20 people, so sign up early!
We supply you with all the art materials and a blank deck as your canvas.
You design what you want as a Shelter graphic.
All the boards are then put on display in the skatepark for the next few weeks where anyone that comes to skate can vote on their favorite graphic.
On December 3rd we tally up all the votes, and the winner is announced!
The winning design will then be reproduced with our next order of Shelter decks!
Everyone that enters gets to keep their boards that they designed!
The winner gets to keep 2 of the boards that we will get screened with our next order!
This contest will definitely fill up quick, so sign up soon!
