well this years oiam has started off just the way it should have, and the doctor is the house. and he is already standing out, “the man known simply as white” amongst heads with names too long and stairs and rails too big, here’s to you playgirl, good luck, love bova. and to everyone else out there, when it is time for your votes, make sure to throw it towards the whiteness, i know hes already got mine and at least one vote from a fellow purchase student. 

So we sent out 2 tapes for this years Slap Magazine One in a Million Contest. They just put up an honorable mention montage on the SLAP website – www.slapmagazine.com.
Shelter rider Mike Bova didnt make the final cut, but he did get mentioned honorably!
Congrats Bova! Also congrats to fellow upstate family from Buffalo’s skateshop Sunday – Sal, Dave, and Tony!

These are the hours until September 1st.

Monday- closed (except weeks of camps & recs open 1-5 – call ahead)

Tuesday-Thursday 12-8
Friday 12- 9
Saturday 12-5 and 5-9
Sunday 12-6

Coda skatecamp came and went… super sick skatecamp! if you missed out, bad luck. If you were lucky enough to be there then you’re hyped!
coda dudes destroyed the park and helped teach the albany area rippers. here is a vid and pic of Jay Burton grinding our vert wall!!!
